To prevent cards from bending, I use a hard plastic loader (usually sold at specialty stores for around 40 yen each).

I will basically ship the cards in a loader + crystal pack.

I have stored the cards in sleeves immediately after opening (obtaining) them.
I believe the condition is good, but please check beforehand if you are overly concerned.
